What is the ADFT Conference?

ADFT (Autodesk Designing Future Together) professional conference is the largest Autodesk event dedicated to innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability, which annually gathers experts, innovators, and leaders from various industries. The conference offers a unique opportunity to explore future trends in technology and design in one place, and this year's edition, titled Innovate Next, which will be held in Mostar, promises to set new standards in the fields of architecture, construction, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, transportation, building, manufacturing, and media.

GeoINOVA, the regional leader in geoinformatics based in Banja Luka, has been providing its own innovative CAD and GIS solutions for over 20 years as an Autodesk developer. Melike Ozdemir

Melike Ozdemir is a mechatronics engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. She graduated from prestigious institutions, including ITU, DUIM, and Marmara University, where she earned her degree in mechatronics engineering. For about two years, she has been working as a Technical Sales Specialist at Autodesk. Throughout her career, which spans over nine years, Melike has spent the last seven years focusing on Autodesk products, specializing in 3D design, electro-electronic design, data management, additive manufacturing, and collaboration between the construction and manufacturing sectors. Her extensive experience allows her to assist clients in the manufacturing sector in optimizing and automating their designs using a wide range of Autodesk products. Melike is dedicated to guiding clients through the adoption of technological innovations, improving workflows, and utilizing design software in the most efficient way possible.

Manfred Waluga

Manfred Waluga is the founder and, along with his sons Christian and Stephan, the owner of LINEAR GmbH in Aachen. He has been involved in electronics, computers, and programming since the late 1970s. After studying product design, he worked in an MEP engineering office between 1985 and 1989, where he introduced an AutoCAD-based CAD system, contributing to the transition from traditional drafting to computer-aided design. In 1989, the predecessor to LINEAR was founded, offering design services and developing the “liNear” application. Their user interface is still renowned for its perfect layout for everyday use. The success of the application led to a shift in focus to software development in 1993 and a name change to LINEAR. Today, more than 30 years later, nearly 100 employees work on LINEAR products and services, and LINEAR GmbH is considered the most successful solution for MEP designers on Autodesk platforms.

Stjepan Mikulić

Stjepan is the founder of AI in AEC, a company that educates architects, engineers, and construction professionals on the practical application of artificial intelligence. Although young, this small company has clients in 54 countries worldwide! Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, he worked as a construction architect at Sweco, Europe's largest engineering practice, and as a BIM Lead at the globally renowned architectural firm BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group). Stjepan's primary work is the world's largest database of AI tools for the AEC industry, known as the AEC AI Hub, which is available to everyone for free and recognized by more than 18,000 LinkedIn followers. 

Jasna Pejović

Jasna is an experienced leader with over 20 years of experience in IT, sales, and marketing within international corporations such as Deutsche Telekom and Triglav. In 2019, she began her entrepreneurial career by founding “DigitalBee,” a company through which children and adults acquire essential skills for success in the digital age. She is also the co-founder of Flourish, a startup that offers a digital coach for developing soft skills and emotional intelligence, scientifically proven to enhance emotional intelligence, and featured in the UNDP catalog of recommended solutions worldwide. Jasna supports the startup and entrepreneurial community through mentorship in startup accelerators, programs for promoting women's entrepreneurship, and as the Chair of the Women's Entrepreneurship Committee at the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro.

Sanin Sušić

Sanin Sušić is an experienced technology leader with over ten years of experience in IT strategy, project management, and software development. As the CTO at Glasfaser Connect BH – MIHGmbH, Sanin is dedicated to innovation and technological advancement within the company. His expertise spans various roles, including CIO and project manager, where he has successfully led teams, coordinated projects, and managed complex IT initiatives. Sanin's passion for game development and his creative problem-solving skills make him a versatile leader in the IT industry.

Filip Miletić

Filip Miletić is the founder and CEO of "World of BIM," a company specializing in BIM services for the construction industry. Since 2019, he has led successful projects covering over 2.4 million square meters in more than 16 countries. He holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Belgrade, where he specialized in energy efficiency and facility maintenance. Filip's expertise includes the digitalization of construction processes, project management, and the application of new technologies. He actively promotes BIM technology, inspiring and educating others by sharing practical advice and strategic insights. 

Nikola Haničar

He graduated in Production Management from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Slavonski Brod in 2012. He currently holds the position of BIM Solutions Manager at Klimaoprema d.o.o., where he has been intensively involved in the development and implementation of advanced BIM technologies for the past three years.

Aleksandar Mastilović

Aleksandar Mastilović is an internationally recognized expert in telecommunications with extensive interdisciplinary experience in planning and implementing mobile network systems, including 5G technology, as well as in telecommunications market analysis and regulation. His expertise also encompasses digital transformation in public administration and business, with a particular focus on projects for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. He is a member of the management of IEEE, the world's largest professional organization for engineers, and actively contributes to the development of technical standards. Mastilović serves as a consultant for numerous international institutions such as UNDP, ITU, GIZ, USAID, and EBRD, and has been recognized as one of the Top 10 global influential experts in the field of smart city planning. As an author and co-author of scientific papers and books, a TEDx speaker, and a co-founder of the Smart City Festival in Belgrade, he actively works to bridge the gap between academia and the market through innovation and development projects. 

Ante Sliško

Ante graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in 2018 in Mostar. During his studies, he began working at Alfa Therm, a regional leader in HVAC system design and BIM implementation, where he remains employed to this day. Early in his career, he focused on designing and executing mechanical installations for the markets in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. Over the past five years, he has been working on projects for the construction of pharmaceutical industry facilities in the Netherlands and Switzerland, with a focus on HVAC installations. During this period, he has been instrumental in promoting the adoption of BIM methodology at Alfa Therm, utilizing various software tools (Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Fabrication CADmep, Navisworks, ACC) and providing training and mentorship to colleagues. He is currently the BIM Manager for a project involving the construction of a manufacturing complex consisting of six buildings with accompanying infrastructure.

Aleksandar Popadić

Completed master's studies at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, Department of Architecture and Urbanism, in 2012. In 2020, he became a co-founder of Hybrid Technical Solutions, where he is currently employed as the technical director. The company provides BIM services in Western European countries. He has over 10 years of experience in architectural design of buildings, both domestically and internationally. He speaks English, German, and Italian.

Miroslav Kostić 

Miroslav Kostić is a civil engineering graduate and co-owner of the company Apokrifi Construction d.o.o., with over twenty years of international experience. For the past seven years, he has held the role of technical director and leads a team responsible for preparing technical documentation for prefabricated structures for the Dutch market.   

Marko Gašić

Marko Gašić is a distinguished expert in the field of digital construction and currently serves as the CEO of DCT Croatia, where he leads the company's expansion in Central Europe. With deep expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Digital Construction Management (DCM), Marko plays a crucial role in steering major projects and introducing innovative practices. Prior to this position, he was the BIM/VDC Lead at DCT, where he managed BIM models using advanced software tools such as Autodesk AEC Pack and Bluebeam. He is currently involved in projects such as data centers in Copenhagen and London, focusing on sustainable practices and advanced digital infrastructure. As an active participant in industry forums and with experience living and working across Europe, Marko contributes significantly to the digital transformation of the construction industry.

Abdulah Terzić

Abdulah graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Sarajevo in 2018. He began his career at GlasfaserConnectBH as a designer, joining as the third employee of the company. He became an expert in FTTH/GPON networks, gaining experience working with German, Belgian, and Dutch telecommunications companies such as Deutsche Glasfaser, Fiber Experts, GlasfaserPLUS, EWE, KPN, Telecom, and Deltafiber. Throughout his career, he has planned more than 300,000 home connections. Later, he took on the role of leading the Project Office, overseeing eight sectors, managing 54 employees, and collaborating with 13 different providers, a position he still holds today. Currently, the company in Sarajevo employs over 180 people.

Jovana Popović
Jovana Popović is a Project Manager and Business IT Consultant at Hexagon Startup Design, and one of the co-founders of an AI tool under the same company. She began her career in the IT industry, working in roles related to technical sales, as an Account Manager and Business Development Manager. Her academic background is in economics, with a focus on business informatics and investments.  
Dušan Milošević

With over 14 years of industry experience, Dušan Milošević is recognized as an expert in his field. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Niš, specializing in structural engineering. For the past 7 years, as a co-owner of Apokrifi Construction, he has worked as an engineer and project manager for the Dutch, Belgian, and German markets. He is also involved in training junior engineers.

Vladimir Vojvodić

Vladimir is the Director of Operations at the Serbian-American technology company Fuller Vision, a business angel within the "Digital Serbia" Initiative, a pioneer of the Serbian innovation ecosystem, and a mentor with years of international experience in supporting young tech startups in their early stages of development. 

Vedran Šimunović
Vedran Šimunović has been serving as the Executive Director at INTERA Technology Park since 2016, with extensive experience in project implementation, business development, and entrepreneurship support. Prior to that, he worked for eight years in the private sector as a foreign markets specialist. In his role, Šimunović excels at connecting companies through transnational commercial and technological partnerships and providing support to small and medium-sized enterprises in INTERA’s incubator, with a particular focus on digitalization and sustainability. As a project manager, he has been involved in the preparation and implementation of numerous EU and international projects, including COSME, Horizon 2020, IPA CBC, and other programs. He also actively collaborates with the European Enterprise Network in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he plays a key role in establishing business cooperation between Bosnian and foreign companies and organizing events for businesses in Herzegovina.
Nedeljko Šovljanski

Nedeljko Šovljanski, a master of mechanical engineering, is employed at TeamCAD as an Autodesk MFG Application Engineer and Autodesk Forge Application Developer. He is also an instructor for basic, advanced, and customized courses for Inventor, Fusion 360, and AutoCAD, and is involved in planning and conducting workshops, webinars, presentations, and meetings. Additionally, he provides technical support by assisting clients in resolving complex and simple issues while working with Autodesk programs. He also writes, translates, and technically edits professional texts and creates short tutorials for the TeamCAD channel.

Vladimir Guteša

Vladimir Guteša is the Director of Development at TeamCAD. With 17 years as an Autodesk instructor, he has trained over 3,500 participants. He has been involved in the implementation of Autodesk software in numerous companies. His expertise spans training, implementation, and the development of new software solutions in mechanical engineering, construction, and the application of IoT technologies. He also has extensive experience with solutions for managing technical documentation.

Dado Durić

Dado Durić, born in 1992 in Novo Mesto, Slovenia, completed his primary, secondary, and higher education in Sarajevo, where he earned a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sarajevo. After graduating, he joined APS Engineering, eventually becoming the director, leading over 50 employees. Later, he founded his own company, Ensmart d.o.o., specializing in façade engineering and BIM services, successfully operating in the UK and Europe. He also works as an external consultant for BIM implementation and as a lecturer for Autodesk software. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous global projects, including The Arc London and 125 West New York, and promotes entrepreneurship through workshops and lectures.

Savo Maksimović

Savo Maksimović graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Banja Luka. He has over 25 years of work experience in the fields of telecommunications, electrical energy, and road infrastructure. He has been involved in numerous projects related to the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of telecommunication infrastructure, CAD/GIS implementations, and the development of software solutions in urban planning and infrastructure organizations.

Nerma Saračević

Nerma Saračević is an experienced professional in the fields of finance, insurance, and management. She currently works as the Manager for Financial Investment Plans at the Mozaik Foundation, where she is responsible for analyzing and validating new investments, preparing documentation, and overseeing invested projects. She is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Economics at J.J. Strossmayer University in Osijek, Croatia, and has specialized in Islamic finance in the United Kingdom. She is an active board member of the Association of Businesswomen SHE BiH and a recipient of the WOMANI INFLUENCER award for 2023.

Sanja Miovčić

Sanja Miovčić has been the Executive Director of the Foreign Investors Council (FIC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2016. Founded in 2006, FIC brings together more than 70 companies that have invested over 9 billion BAM and employ more than 20,000 workers. Sanja has over 20 years of experience in international companies, and before joining FIC, she worked at the Austrian company Wolf Theiss. She focuses on lobbying, communication, and networking, and is a member of several boards, including FIPA and EWA. Sanja is fluent in English and French and has knowledge of several other languages. Her passions include writing, reading, and sailing.
